Shipping

Orders ship within 1-7 business days. US ONLY, no international shipping. Flat Rate Shipping is $10.60 for jewelry and small items. Shipping for larger items will be calculated at checkout.

Returns

Mystic Sol must be contacted regarding the return within 3 days of receiving. Mystic Sol must receive the return within 10 days from the date of purchase. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Items must be returned unused in the original packaging. All accepted returns will receive a full refund on the card they were purchased with. 

Claims for items damaged during shipping must be made within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. It is essential that you carefully inspect your items upon arrival and inform us if there are any issues or damages. To assist you better, we request that you provide a photo of the damaged item along with the paper invoice.
